Every item is custom-printed to order, so we handle returns a little differently than a typical store. We stand behind our print quality — here’s how it works.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or shipping damage, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Wrong size or changed your mind
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for ordering the wrong size or for buyer’s remorse. Please use the Size Guide before ordering.
How to start a claim
Email support@printamaniacs.com with your order number and photos. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
